Back on the market. Deal fell through. Residence 721 is a 671 sqft, beautifully appointed alcove studio at the Greenwich Club. The largest studio layout available in the building, it functions like a one bedroom with a separate sleeping area detached from the living space to ensure quiet and privacy.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a wall of professionally built out closets for all of your storage needs. Next you'll encounter the sleeping area, which is a large enough for a queen-size bed and nightstands. As you continue toward the living space, you will find the fully renovated bathroom on your left with medicine cabinet, storage shelving, and rain shower head.
