901 Broadway is the pinnace of downtown retail. The former Lord & Taylor flagship at 901 Broadway, designed by James H. Giles, was New York's first iron-framed building. A landmark of Manhattan's Ladies' Mile, it recently underwent a full restoration of its cast-iron facade, slate mansard roof, and iconic turret.

Ground Floor is 2712 sf with soaring 18 foot ceilings, and 120 feet of frontage with flagpole on Broadway and 20th.

Mezz is 988 sf with 9 foot ceilings.

Lower Level is 3470 sq ft with exposed wood beams. 2 ADA bathrooms, wet pantry, storage area, and an employee office.
