Situated in quaint Windsor Terrace, 138 Seeley Street is a nine unit boutique rental complex. Each unit has its own outdoor space. Apartment 3C is a top floor (two flights up) two bedroom apartment. Upon entry you are greeted by vaulted ceilings and large windows that truly flood the apartment with natural light. The open floor plan offers multiple layout options. The living space is roughly 22' long, allowing designated spaces for a formal dining space and separate living room. During warm months, you can open the windows and feel a strong cross breeze throughout the place. The kitchen is open and offers good storage. There is a spacious balcony off of the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each that can fit a queen size bed plus additional furniture. Storage is great in the apartment.
