Welcome to Unit 9D at the Philip House Condominium in Carnegie Hill: a corner (SW exposure) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a gracious layout, prewar charm, and open views. Unit 9D is in mint condition, and is also the highest floor apartment in its line.

Enter this spacious home into a large formal foyer, with plenty of space for storage and seating, and a large coat closet.
