The residence was just completely re-imagined and renovated by architect Peter Pennoyer and interior designer Daniel Romualdez.
The penthouse is wrapped with terraces on all sides with direct access from most rooms. Parapet plantings and motorized awnings bring a sense of privacy to the outdoor spaces which include a covered porch with ceiling fan and infra-red heaters for three seasons use. Bronze sconces provide illumination for the terraces.
