Welcome home to 27C, a renovated corner unit with VIEWS from 19 windows and private outdoor space. This expansive 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence features 1,470 square feet (interior) of sophistication, (+ 88 square feet balcony) complete with new wide plank flooring, new light fixtures and dimmers and in-unit washer/dryer. California closets in the hallways and custom closets in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have large windowed bathrooms en-suite.
