$20/pp application fee (payable by credit card only on the 2nd page of the application form)
$1,000 move in deposit for professional move ins, $2,500 move in deposit for personal move ins including furniture. (These should be personal checks, which will not be cashed unless damage occurs and will be destroyed upon completion of move in.)
First month's rent & a one month security deposit are due at lease signing.
Please be aware that you are renting an apartment in a building which has a board approval process that takes 3-4 weeks. Due to the condo process it is crucial that you have flexibility on your move in date as your actual move in date may end up being later than the date on the lease. Renting in a condo brings additional one-time condo application fees paid directly to the condo board & building management. You will not be denied by the board as long as you meet the standard NYC financial requirements.
