Apartment 2F-90 has an exceptional amount of space with Hudson River views for a great price. Flooded in sunlight, this large 1 bedroom has a perfect combination of character and modern design. With multiple exposures (east and west) the apartment is truly a unique find. Not to mention - no board approval!

The living room is so large that it can function as both a living and dining area. The eat-in kitchen was modernized with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The primary bedroom comfortably fits a King Sized bed with space for additional furniture as well as a very large closet and many other closets throughout the apartment. There's even a dressing area just outside the bedroom.

With brand new common outdoor space in the building, The River Arts is truly a hideaway in the midst of a bustling city. The location is not only idyllic and convenient (moments away from the 1/A/C trains) but the amenities at The River Arts are truly top of the line.
