Live one block from beautiful Fort Greene Park!

Welcome to 5 Saint Felix Apartment 1, a spectacular north and south facing, sun-flooded, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, triplex with gorgeous backyard. Enter up the stoop stairs into the open and high-ceilinged, living and dining room with decorative fireplace. This area is amply-sized for living and dining or home office. It leads to a lovely powder room on your left and a very sizable, windowed, eat in kitchen, with abundant cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher). There is a a split AC unit on this floor. Take your meals or morning coffee right out the rear door and the deck, which leads down to your spectacular rear garden. Here, you can entertain, grill, and flex that green thumb.

Head back inside and down a flight of stairs, to the middle level. Here, you'll find two bedrooms on either end-the secondary bedroom in the front, and the primary bedroom in the back. In between is a spacious full bathroom with deep tub and separate shower, as well as your own washer and dryer. There is ample closet space throughout and a large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.
Then, head down to the lower level and you'll find a fantastic, fully-finished rec room. This space makes a great media room, home gym, sound studio or office.
