This is a fully renovated this 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms duplex come with a kitchen fit for a chef, complete with a gas-range oven, stainless steel dishwasher, an oversized refrigerator and a washer and dryer hookup. Each bedroom has an abundance of space to fit a queen size bed. Bathrooms are made unique with gold hardware and a subway tile backsplash paired with marble countertops. Creating the perfect in-home combination, the two bathrooms - one with soaker tub and the other a luxurious spa-like shower.

Each room also has a split unit AC for maximum comfort and convenience.
The basement can also easily be used as a gym, storage, lounge, and or a home office plus a 2 car attached.
