On a leafy block, across from the Brooklyn Museum, this is the gem you've been waiting for!  

This move-in ready unit is part of the elegant 213-215 Eastern Parkway coop - a boutique 16-unit building with stunning curb appeal.  Completed in 1931 its ornate limestone facade and manicured yard are both stunning and welcoming.  Let's head inside...

At the entrance stairs you are greeted by two original, handsome and regal wrought iron doors.  Just inside are the modern doors equipped with a key code access.  The apartment available is on the first floor in the rear of the building, so no walking up and since it's in the back - the apartment is as quiet as can be.  At the entrance to the apartment is a long hallway - great for art shelving and other storage.  The bedroom is the first room on the left, with space for a queen bed, side tables and dresser.  This room has a West-facing window and a closet.  Further down the hall, the corridor to the bathroom has another closet as well as a nook with shelves for towels and other supplies.  The bathroom features an Italian tiled shower with full size bathtub and three corner shelves for your bathing sundries.  The sink has a brand new vanity with plenty of storage for all your bathroom essentials.

At the back of the unit is where you find the large living room and open kitchen with three windows facing North & West.  This room has space for a couch, chairs, coffee table as well as a dining area. The kitchen is gorgeous with maple Brookhaven cabinets, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances with bottom-loading freezer, gas range and a microwave.  The kitchen and living room spaces are separated by a handsome and functional island.  With matching maple and granite, the island contains two large storage drawers for pots and pans; serving bowls and other big kitchen items.  The island also has a convenient overhang, as a built-in dining table, with space for a few chairs.
